Making every single one of our customers happy is a core tenet at Chairs Actually. If you are unhappy with your purchase due to a manufacturing defect, we are happy to exchange it for you (with the exception of bespoke items). However, we hope the customer understands that photos are used for illustration purposes only and there might be slight variations in terms of color/texture/sizes due to lighting and editing, and not every perceived flaw is a core manufacturing defect.

Specifically, core manufacturing defects are defects which renders the product unusable when received and examples include
