Exchange/Return/Warranty
Yes, there are no hidden delivery costs. However, there are three situations where additional delivery costs would be incurred.
a. In the case of exchanges/returns, the customer is expected to pay for transport costs, to prevent customers from abusing said policy.
b. Should there be no lift access, there will be a delivery surcharge of $20 per floor.
c. Should the recipient not be home at stated time of delivery, there will be a surcharge of $50 for redelivery (one-way) in addition to an overnight storage charge of $100 (per night).
